• You Own Your Music: You retain 100% ownership of the copyright for any original music you create and submit to the Service.
• License to Us: By submitting content (such as audio submissions, comments, or profile information) to the Service, you grant Musical Roulette a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing and promoting the Service. For example, we need this license to allow other users to stream your audio submissions.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post it and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., copyrighted samples).

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes on any intellectual property rights.
