Who sells ComposerDeck Pro
ComposerDeck is free to use. The optional ComposerDeck Pro plans are sold through Link, which is Stripe's checkout and merchant of record service. Link is not a third-party reseller: it is Stripe itself.
This means Stripe is the seller for the transaction. It takes the payment, calculates and remits the applicable tax, and sends your receipt and invoice. Your bank statement will show LINK.COM next to our name, which is normal and expected.
You can view and manage every purchase, including cancelling a subscription, from your Link account at link.com, or from the billing portal inside the app. The full sale conditions are in our Terms of Service.
Availability
ComposerDeck is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Any costs incurred to access the Service (hardware, software, connection) are the user's own.
We use all reasonable means at our disposal to keep the Service available and pleasant to use, but we are under no obligation of result. We cannot be held responsible for a failure of the internet network or of your equipment, and we do not guarantee that the site is free of bugs or that it runs without interruption.
We may interrupt, suspend or change access to all or part of the site without notice, in particular for maintenance, without this giving rise to any compensation. Paid plans are covered separately in our Terms of Service.
What belongs to whom
The site, its design, its branding and the card catalogue are protected by French and international copyright law. Reproducing all or part of this site on any medium is prohibited without our express permission, in accordance with article L.122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Trademarks and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners.
Your music stays yours. The tracks, cards and decks you create and share remain your property; you simply grant us what we need to display them on the Service. See our Terms of Service.
Limits
We cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage to your equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from equipment that does not meet the technical requirements, or from a bug or an incompatibility. We cannot be held responsible for indirect damage, such as a loss of opportunity, following use of the site.

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the matter will be brought before the competent French courts under ordinary law.
