Free accounts also include one custom deck, up to 10 audio submissions a month and your 10 most recent draws in your profile. ComposerDeck Pro unlocks the depth: unlimited decks and submissions, your full draw history, PDF and PNG exports, advanced stats, named studio presets and custom deck cover art. The core daily practice will always stay free.

No. Email + password (or Apple / Spotify sign-in). No card, no trial timer, no surprise charge.

We are bootstrapped. ComposerDeck Pro funds the work (unlimited decks, submissions, history, exports, analytics and custom covers) while the daily practice stays free. We are not VC-backed and have no plans to be.

Yes, but each card has a lock toggle. Locked cards survive a re-draw. The point is to commit to discomfort, but we won't police you.

A constraint you must respect, not a tool you may use. "Reverse your main theme", "no chorus repetition", "swap instruments every section". Half our users love them, half hate them. Both reactions are correct.

Editors curate it manually based on freshness and the variety of submissions it's already attracting. We don't algorithm-rank.

No. About 30% of users are total beginners. Cards are the brief, not an exam. Swap any card you don't understand. That's what re-draw is for.

You choose between 1 and 3. The default is 3. Beginners often start with 1: a single chord or mode is plenty.

After a draw, a "Submit Audio" button appears for 7 days. Upload an MP3 or WAV up to 10 MB. Your submission is tied to that specific draw forever.

Yes, anytime, from your profile. Comments and hearts go with it.

You do, 100%. We do not claim, license, or distribute your music. We only host it for playback on the platform. Delete anytime.

Yes. Each submission has a public/private toggle at upload. Private submissions still count for your streak but are visible only to you.

Profile → Account systems → Delete account. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm. Irreversible. Consider downloading your data first.

Yes. Profile → Account systems → Export data. You get a ZIP with your draws, submissions (audio files included), comments and profile within 24 hours.

Yes. Edit profile → toggle "Private profile". Your handle stays visible (so people can follow you), but draws, submissions and stats become hidden.

Three-strike system on reports. The team reviews every report manually within 24h. We're strict on harassment, indifferent on bad music.

Not yet. A Discord (or similar community space) is on the roadmap and will open once we've onboarded our first wave of composers. In the meantime, please email us for anything you need.
